Who are Boomerang?
We are Boomerang Digital, the home of some of the UK’s most innovative tech brands. We specialise in the provision of exciting customer engagement solutions for the gaming and entertainment sectors, predominately focused on the UK markets but always looking to expand our horizons. Our solutions span the world of compliance platforms, membership and mobile, bulk SMS provision, handheld tablets delivering bingo and other engaging content, bingo and numbers games and finally our Entertainment platform Jigsaw. Supporting our business is a Premier League team of talented individuals with extensive experience of creating and delivering market leading solutions.
Well, this goes back to 1994 and the formation of Network Resource Management (NRM) by the founder of the business Paul Whitbread. Fast forward to 2012 and Andrew Ludlow joined the business as MD and shareholder. Since that date the business set about leveraging its people and technologies, diversifying the solutions offered and the markets supplied. In 2013 we delivered Jigsaw which has become one of the industry’s leading entertainment platforms, with close to 800 systems installed. Acquired in November 2017, Big Deal Games (BDG) brought its existing Electronic Bingo Tablet installation customer base into the growing group portfolio. September 2021 was another pivotal year with Air Dice of Finland becoming an equity partner in our UK activities via our holding company Boomerang Digital holdings. In the same year we concluded the purchase of Probability Jones, a small, talented on-line content development business. The pace of change continued and in early 2023 we were delighted to acquire Intergrated Computer Services (ISD) from the UK bingo trade association company, Meeron. This added complementary solutions, customers and people to an expanding portfolio. So here we are in December 2023 and another milestone in our story, the formation of Boomerang Digital - a single trading entity that represents the very best of what we do and who we are. All our people, all our solutions under one roof, and a platform for further growth. Whilst the year is nearly complete our story and journey most definitely are not!
