Boomerang Digital at ACOS 2026: Innovation, Customer Engagement and Solutions Built Around Operators

From new product launches to smarter compliance technology, ACOS 2026 showcased how Boomerang Digital is helping gaming and entertainment operators create better customer experiences, streamline operations and unlock new opportunities.

New products, connected technology and great conversations. ACOS 2026 was all about bringing our latest ideas to life and showing how we’re helping gaming and entertainment operators move forward.

It was great to welcome customers, partners and familiar faces to Stand 19 at ACOS 2026. Across two days in London, we shared what we’ve been working on, introduced new products and, most importantly, listened to what operators need from us.

Here’s a look at some of the highlights.

New Products, Built Around Our Customers

This year, we introduced two exciting additions to our portfolio: Fortune Wheel Mini and Jigsaw Lite.

Fortune Wheel Mini brings the appeal of our popular Fortune Wheel into a more compact, cost-effective unit. Jigsaw Lite combines music and advertising in one simple, lightweight device, making these services more accessible to a wider range of operators.

Both launches reflect what matters to us: listening to our customers and turning their feedback into practical solutions.

Technology That Works Together

We also showcased how our technology connects to create a better customer experience.

From our Multi Progressive Jackpot promotion, integrated with our mobile app and PayStation technology, to the redesigned Jigsaw and Bingo Express user interfaces, we’re continuing to make our solutions more connected and intuitive.

Visitors could also explore our facial recognition technology alongside SmartHub, demonstrating how we support operators with practical tools for self-exclusion and venue compliance.

For us, ACOS is about more than showcasing products. It’s about meeting the people who use them, understanding their challenges and exploring how we can help.

We were also delighted to introduce Alice Harrison, our new Head of Entertainment, to customers at the show.

Whether discussing new ideas, future developments or ways to get more from existing technology, these conversations are an important part of how we continue to grow and improve.
