c. You acknowledge and agree that standard message and data rates may apply to the RCS messages you receive, depending on your mobile service provider and plan. 

2. Message Content and Purpose: 

a. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England and Wales
