1. Support Hours
Our support team is available during the following hours:
- Monday–Friday: 07:30–17:30 (live phone support)
- Out-of-hours service: Monday–Friday 17:30–22:00
- Out-of-hours service: Saturday & Sunday 09:00–22:00
If you leave us a voicemail, a member of our team will aim to respond within 2 hours, up to 22:00.

Best for general support requests, technical issues, updates on existing support cases, and requests that include screenshots or attachments.

Best for quick support queries, technical issues, sharing photos of faults or equipment, and following up on an active WhatsApp support conversation. Once a support conversation begins in WhatsApp, we will continue to communicate with you through WhatsApp for that issue.

Best for general support queries, technical issues, urgent issues requiring immediate attention, and updates on existing support cases. For out-of-hours business-critical issues, please email our support team first so we can log your issue and create a support ticket. You can then follow up by phone, quoting your ticket number or email reference where possible.

When contacting our support team by email or WhatsApp, please include the following information where possible. If you are calling us, please have this information available:
- Your full name and company name
- A contact number or email address
- The serial number of the equipment, if applicable
- A clear description of the issue or request
- Any recent changes, error messages, or troubleshooting already carried out
